Locally Adapted Seeds

Welcome to our newest venture – producing locally adapted vegetable seeds.

I think that locally produced, locally adapted seeds are important for several reasons:

1) Many purchased seeds are crap, i.e.  Low germination, Seed borne disease, Varieties that are not maintained.

2) Seeds that are not at all adapted to our erratic climate.

3)Great varieties disappearing.

My plan is to have local seeds and vegetable plants available for sale in the the spring of 2015.  I’ll be adding more content as time allows.  It is peak harvest season and we are as busy as can be. It will probably be late fall early winter as I get back to this.
